Welcome to Green Giraffe Library! The Green Giraffe website and services are provided by Green Giraffe FZ LLC (“Green Giraffe”, “we” “us” or “our”). These terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“you” or “your”) access to and use of the GreenGiraffe.ae website (the “Website”) and all services provided by Green Giraffe via the Website including without limitation our toy, book, and game rental; along with sales of books, toys and games (collectively, the “Services”).
Green Giraffe provides a subscription service for monthly delivery of toy and books-related products for your child or as a gift to others. Access to the Website, use of the Services, and purchase of the Products is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Green Giraffe Privacy Policy available on the Website.

By using our Website or subscribing to our Services, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Green Giraffe maintains this Website as a service to the user community that visits the Website subject to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for obtaining any equipment and Internet service necessary to access our Website and for paying any fees for the equipment and service you select. We may alter, suspend, or discontinue this Website or the Services in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice. The Website may also periodically become unavailable due to maintenance or malfunction of computer equipment or for other reasons.

Users have a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Content of this Website subject to these Terms and Conditions. Registration and Membership; Product Sales
To start your Green Giraffe subscription, you must register as a member on our Website. To register, you must provide information about your child, your shipping information, your valid phone number, and your valid email address to create your login profile. All information that you provide to Green Giraffe, including your credit card information, is subject to Green Giraffe's Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date through the account page on the Website or by sending a message to support@greengiraffe.ae
As a registered user of Green Giraffe, you agree to receive emails promoting any special offer(s). We may from time to time send you our monthly newsletter. You may opt-out from receiving special promotions or our newsletter by emailing support@greengiraffe.ae or selecting to unsubscribe (when available on the Website) as may be provided in the applicable e-mail correspondence.
Monthly Delivery
As a subscribed Green Giraffe member, every month you can retain limited (by subscription type chosen) items as per your selection from the catalogue available on the Website. We will deliver the selected products once a month to your given shipping address and collect back products from previous month that are no longer in your selections. Each month of your subscription, you may select any combination of toys, books and games among available options from catalogue on the Website. Accordingly, Green Giraffe cannot guarantee availability of a product in any particular timeframe in the present or future.
BY SUBSCRIBING YOU AGREE TO PAY THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE SUPPLIED EACH PERIOD.
Billing and Payments
The price of the Services and/or goods is payable in full before or at delivery. We accept the following credit cards at this time: Visa or MasterCard. You will automatically be charged each subscription period for your ongoing subscription. Unless you cancel your subscription or membership prior to the end of your then-current subscription period, at the end of that period, your subscription will automatically be renewed for an additional subscription period of the same amount of time.
For your convenience and continuous subscription benefits as a member, if your payment method reaches its expiration date, you do not edit your credit card information and you have an ongoing subscription, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your payment method information or cancel your membership should you wish to discontinue your membership.
We use a third-party payment service in lieu of directly processing your credit card information. By submitting your credit card information, you grant Green Giraffe the right to store and process your information with the third-party payment service, which it may change from time to time; you agree that Green Giraffe will not be responsible for any failures of the third party to adequately protect such information. All financial matters regarding your information are subject to the conditions of the third-party payment service provider's terms of service; the current version of which is attached as a link at https://stripe.com/payment-terms/legal. You acknowledge that we may change the third-party payment service and move your information to other service providers that encrypt your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or other comparable security technology.

Membership Cancellations
You may cancel your ongoing membership through the account page on the Website or by sending us an email at support@greengiraffe.ae.
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CONTINUOUS UNTIL YOU CANCEL AND, IF YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEFORE THE END OF AN EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AT A PRORATED RATE AFTER DEDUCTING ALL THE TRANSACTIONS FEES AND BANK CHARGES INITIALLY BEARED BY GREEN GIRAFFE DURING BOTH TRANSACTIONS.
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE UNTIL YOU CANCEL AND, IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO THE END OF A SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR A NEW SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME.
All cancellation requests received after the membership has renewed will apply to the following Subscription Period.
We may terminate your membership, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or our policies, is harmful our business interests, or for an inactive account.
Lost Products
All products remain property of Green Giraffe. In case of lost products (in-whole, partial, or individual parts) you are required to pay the replacement fee for that part or products. You will receive the replacement value of each part in advance if explicitly requested.
Damaged Toys
We do not charge for damaged toys which is considered wear and tear, any damage not part of the regular wear and tear will be charged as a lost product or part (for example drawing on the toy, water damage, damage from mis-using the toy). In case a vital part of the product is missing (and cannot be replaced by us) or damaged, you will be charged for the whole product. If the product is dirtied beyond our cleaning capacity, you will be charged for the whole product. Any other incident which makes the product unfit for use by the next member will be chargeable as seen fit by us.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL GREEN GIRAFFE OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO ANY USER OF THIS WEBSITE OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR COSTS OF OBTAINING SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES) ARISING OUT OF THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRODUCTS OR THE WEBSITE OR ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREON, WHETHER BASED UPON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES.

Accuracy: You may use this Website (but not subscribe to our Services) without volunteering personally identifiable information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information on our practices for handling personally identifiable information. However, if you choose to provide information to register for or participate in a service, event, or promotion on this Website or to use our Services, you agree that you will provide accurate, complete, and up to date information as requested on the screens that collect information from you.

Users hold responsibility to ensure that the registration data is accurate. Also, you are expected to keep your login credentials secure. It is advisable to not share your login data with any unauthorized person. Also, avoiding prohibited conduct (uploading unlawful content, introducing viruses, etc.) on the platform is expected of the users.
