How does the library membership work?
Parents can browse our online library of toys and books and select items based on their child’s age, interests, and developmental needs. We then deliver the selected items to your doorstep. You can get them exchanged for a new bag of toys & books after a month. It’s simple, fun, and sustainable!
Who is this service for?
Green Giraffe is designed for parents of children aged 0-12 years who want to provide meaningful, screen-free play experiences without the hassle or cost of constantly buying new toys. Simply rent toys and books from our library and enjoy playtime.
What age groups do you cater to?
We currently offer toys and books for children from birth up to 12 years of age, grouped in age and development milestones.
How do I know which toys/books are right for my child?
Our expertly curated library ensures that each toy is aligned with your child’s age and developmental needs. You can select based on interests, skills, or learning themes.

What subscription plans are available?
We offer flexible plans including monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions. Each plan includes free delivery and periodic toy/book rotation.
Do I choose the toys and books myself?
Yes! You choose your own items from our online catalogue based on availability. You can choose either 4, 8, or 12 items (any combination of books and toys) based on your membership type.
How often will I receive new toys & books?
Once a month, you will be able to choose new toys and books from our catalogue. Our team will deliver your selected items to your doorstep and collect the previous products.
Is there a delivery charge?
All subscriptions include free delivery and pickup within our service areas in Dubai.
Which areas in Dubai do you deliver to?
We currently serve most neighborhoods in Dubai and limited areas in Sharjah. You can check our coverage during the signup process or contact us to confirm.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime through your account settings. Refunds are prorated based on unused time and returned items.

Are your toys safe and age-appropriate?
Absolutely! All our toys are sourced from premium brands and tested for safety, durability, and educational value. Every item is matched to developmental milestones.
Are the toys and books clean and sanitized for my child?
Yes. We follow a strict multi-step sanitization process to ensure hygiene and safety. Each toy and book is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and checked for quality before being delivered to your home. We use child-safe, eco-friendly cleaning agents at every step. Children safety is our top priority.
What brands do you include in your library?
We stock toys and books from globally trusted brands such as HAPE, PlanToys, Andreu Toys, Skillmatics, Enid Blyton, Priddy Books, Kapla, Dr. Seuss and many more.
Are the toys new or pre-used?
Many toys are gently used but thoroughly sanitized and maintained to ensure a new-like experience. Some high-demand items may be brand new.
🔹Returns & Exchanges
Do we have to return the toys?
Yes and No. You have the option of exchanging them for a new bag of toys next month. However, if your child is very attached to a toy, you can keep it for extended duration or buy it from us at a discount.
How do I return the toys and books?
Simply pack the items in the drawstring bags provided and confirm a pickup through Call or WhatsApp.
What if a toy gets damaged or lost?
We understand that accidents happen. Minor wear and tear is expected. In case of significant damage or loss, a small replacement fee may apply.
Can I extend the rental period if my child is still using the items?
Yes, you can easily request an extension through your account. We’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.
Can I exchange only some of the toys? ("I want to keep some of the toys/books we use now and exchange the rest for new ones")
Absolutely, we are very flexible around this. You can return the toys you’d like to exchange and place a new order. For partial returns, just make sure you have the same number of toys as your plan allows at any given time.
